General Policy on Refunds

As a rule, all purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable once the services have been delivered or access has been provided. Since our offerings are digital services rendered instantly or within a short time frame, refunds are typically not applicable except in cases of genuine technical failure or service non-delivery caused by our platform.


Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Service Non-Delivery: If your paid job post, advertisement, or featured listing does not appear on the portal within the committed time due to technical errors on our end.
  2. Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice accidentally for the same transaction.
  3. Technical Failure: If the service cannot be delivered due to persistent and unresolved technical issues from our side.
  4. Wrongful Purchase: If you purchased a service in error and did not use or activate any part of it, a refund request may be considered within 24 hours of purchase after a detailed review.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unsatisfactory results from job postings or candidate responses
  • Lack of employer applications or interviews post job posting
  • Non-usage of purchased services within the validity period
  • Delay caused by user error or failure to follow guidelines
  • Services availed partially or fully before cancellation request

Cancellations

Once a job post or premium listing goes live, cancellation is not possible. Users must ensure the accuracy of their content before publishing.
For recurring services, you may request cancellation for future billing cycles with 7 days’ prior notice.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at career.gmskilled@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address Used for Purchase
  • Transaction ID / Payment Proof
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for Refund Request (with clear explanation)

We review all refund requests within 5-7 business days and notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days through the original mode of payment.
